The LEMONOC criteria for good practice in learning mobility
The LEMONOC Matrix of guiding criteria has been established based on the research carried out by the LEMONOC partners. The criteria aim at supporting stakeholders in organizing qualitative learning mobility and form the foundation for the LEMONOC tools. They are now available for consultation and commentary.

Erasmus Mundus: Graduate Impact Survey
The Graduate Impact Survey 2014 of the Erasmus Mundus Master's level graduate programme found impressive satisfaction (90% of participants satisfied) and direct employment rates (55% of participants found a job within two months of graduation), but also unravelled weaknesses.

The Erasmus Impact Study by the European Commission
Pull factors and obstacles for international students in South Africa
A major survey looked into the motivation and experience of international students in South Africa and examined their geographic origins and fields of study. The authors identified “affordable fees, government subsidies for students from the region, proximity to home and cost of living, the strong reputation of higher education and currency of its qualifications” as the most important pull factors. Obstacles mentioned include support and adjustment challenges, but also xenophobic attitudes towards African students.
