Preparation for social work students to do cross-cultural clinical practice

The purpose this article is to document, share and discuss the preparation program of Norwegian social work student going on clinical placement to Tanzania. This article is based on seven years of promoting and administering the program, supervising social work students, reading students’ reports and visiting Tanzanian partners.
