Guideline for coaches. BTC Junnior Programme

This guideline is made by BTC (Belgian Technical Cooperation) for their Junior Programme. Young professionals can participate in development cooperation programmes in the Global South during 2 years. BTC set up a system with local coaches that can be inspiring for local coaches in learning mobility programmes to the South. It describes the different roles of a coach before arrival and during the stay. Some administrative regulations are inherent to the BTC and not applicable to learning mobility.
